Sleep
Sleep
Sleep is important for your whole body.
Sleep energises your body.
Your brain needs sleep as well so it can do it’s jobs.
You should not play on devices before you go to sleep
because you could think that it is day time when its the
middle of the night. If you do not get enough sleep it
will be easier to get sick. If you drink caffeine
before bed it will keep you awake
Longer which means you won't get a good night sleep.
That is why we need sleep
How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
Fox
Red Fox
Red foxes sleep 9.8 hours a day.
Red foxes dig burrows to sleep in.
Foxes are nocturnal. Which means they sleep at daytime and they hunt at night.
Foxes do not hibernate.
Foxes have night vision which means that they see in the dark.
Foxes keep warm at night by wrapping their tails around them.
Some foxes sleep differently. What is your favorite animal?
