Sleep

Sleep
Sleep is important for your whole body.
Sleep energises your body.
Your brain needs sleep as well so it can do it’s jobs.
You should not play on devices before you go to sleep
because you could think that it is day time when its the
middle of the night. If you do not get enough sleep it
will be easier to get sick. If you drink caffeine
before bed it will keep you awake
Longer which means you won't get a good night sleep.

That is why we need sleep
How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

  1. Nice work Azania. I like how you set out simple ideas about sleep in a clear order. I wonder what the brain's jobs are when we are asleep? Did you see that you had a capital letter in the middle of a sentence?

    This is amazing because it tells you that you can get sick if you dont get enough sleep,Did you know I like caffeine ? and iced tea has 11mg of caffeine in it.Next time, you could include the things that have the most caffeine.What is the time you had most caffeine before sleeping ?
